Secretariat of the Facility

The Secretariate of the Facility is made up of two Key Experts and a back-up team provided by the consortium leader, International IDEA. The Key Experts are directly in contact with the EU, they help draft the terms of reference of the assignments and select the experts together with the members of the consortium. The consortium’s global network and presence allows rapid mobilisation and deployment of expertise to ensure a quick response time to EU requests and effective implementation of assignments.
